Clinical Trials & Research

Where science, safety, and support meet real people.

At Psychedelic Science Institute, clinical trials are at the heart of our work.

Every study we conduct is designed to bring safe, effective psychedelic therapies to the people who need them most. Our research addresses real-life mental health challenges for which current treatments often fall short — including major depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction — and we plan to expand to neurological conditions like traumatic brain injury, stroke, dementia and chronic pain.

This is how psychedelic medicine earns its future: with rigorous science, participant-centered care, and a commitment to equity at every step.

Whether you're exploring treatment options, referring a patient, or looking to partner in research, PSI is the place to begin the process.

What is the uASPIRE Study? The purpose of this clinical research study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of treatment with psilocybin in adults diagnosed with major depressive disorder (MDD). Currently available treatments for depression may not work for everyone, so alternative treatments are being sought through clinical research studies.
